Light Brown Flannel
This one is from Friday. It was about -5° Celsius and I was wearing this and my pea coat.
On top an unstructured light brown flannel herringbone odd jacket from Paoloni, a blue white gingham check spread collar shirt from SuitSupply, a 7-fold chocolate brown herringbone cashmere tie and the trousers darkish blue from Incotex. Shoes dark brown suede chukka boots.
A better fit pic. The jacket is about the usual length I like to wear (about half-buttock or a bit longer) and fits pretty much perfectly at the moment. With time I think it will mold to fit even better.
Love how the jacket fits around the shoulders. A nice color too, perfect to be combined with different kind of hues of blue. Also, it is as soft as it looks.
The tie is a 7-fold cashmere Brioni I found on sale from New York earlier this year. The thickness is quite optimal and it ties a beautiful knot.
This must be my favorite picture I’ve ever had on my blog. The textures, the colors.. just love it. Deserves to be clicked and seen in a bigger size.
Last but not the least, suede chukka boots. I really like suede with flannel, the materials just compliment each other in the way that other materials don’t. The softness on both of them also gives that nice cozy feeling that works well when it’s cold outside. Also, this dark suede isn’t very photogenic so apologies for the sh*tty colors in the picture.
