SARTORIAL PASSION WITH A FINNISH FLAIR

Unstructured Navy Flannel Jacket and Patterned Trousers

The end of August was rather chilly here in Finland, and I personally started mixing in some flannel and occasional wool accessories on those colder days. In general the beginning of fall is actually a very pleasant time as you can basically start wearing your winter wardrobe but without the heavier overcoats and naturally, without all the snow and ice.

So, the worn items include a Luigi Bianchi Mantova navy flannel jacket, Sonrisa shirt, Berg & Berg grenadine tie, Berg & Berg wool pocket square, wool silk blend suspenders from Vaatturiliike Sauma, Tombolini trousers (part of a suit), Pantherella socks, Alfred Sargent shoes.

Feels good to have this jacket out of winter storage. The construction and the fabric is so soft it feels pretty much like a soft and stretchy shirt when wearing it.

One of my favorite shoe pics. Now that I'm wearing suits nearly every day I've actually started thinking about getting myself a full brogue pair once again. Alfred Sargent's Hunt in the same 109 last as these is a top contender for sure.
